1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Pop Burst you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to participate in prize-eligible gameplay. Void where prohibited.
3. Fair play
No bots, emulators, exploits, or multi-accounting. Violations forfeit prizes, streaks, and account access.
4. Purchases
Optional in-app purchases are handled by Apple and Google. Refunds are governed by the respective platform policies.
5. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, Pop Burst Systems is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
